Forms
The following forms are available for use:
The forms listed below are for services that will be conducted only for work-related purposes. If you are studying at university, please use the Library staff and resources at your university to assist you with your non-work related searches.
Borrower Registration:
In order to request a copy of a journal article or a section from a book, you must first complete the Borrower Request Form and forward it to the Library. The PIN number you provide serves as an electronic signature and as an authority for all future electronic requests. Staff located at Mt Lawley should not request items that are held in the Library but should photocopy or borrow the item direct from the Library.
Requests for Loans and Journal Articles:
Request journal articles and loans from other libraries (PIN required for this service, use the Borrower Request Form to request one).
Request book and video loans from The DAO Library.
Please observe the Copyright Act in all copying you request from print or electronic sources. For more information see the Australian Copyright Council's Information Sheets: An Introduction to Copyright in Australia, Fair Dealing, Copying for Research or Study, & Libraries, (Non-Profit): Introduction to Copyright. Fair dealing provisions in most instances restrict us to providing you with one article from a journal issue or one chapter from a book.
